Busch Consulting seeks a Service Desk Dispatcher to join our Dynamic & Fun Team. The ideal candidate must be well articulated, demonstrate interpersonal skills & enjoy a fast paced environment.

Expectations

  • Act as the single point of contact to our clients for all types of service requests
  • Process all requests from our clients via phone, email or our web based portal
  • Schedule resources on our dispatch portal to ensure maximum utilization
  • Monitor resource’s schedule to ensure prompt time entry on service requests
  • Attend ongoing training
  • Fast turnaround of client’s service requests
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
  • Customer Service Skills (e.g., clear communication, positive attitude, assertiveness, empathy, etc.)
  • Assist on other tasks requested by management or peers
  • Basic computer and operating system knowledge
  • Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
  • Excellent communication skills (written/oral)
  • Customer Service experience

Hours

Typical hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Monday – Friday). Individuals may be asked to occasionally work weekends and evening hours for special projects, customer education and community outreach events, or training.
